Well, as they say, I'm blowing this popsicle stand!
My sister and I have decided to go on vacation to France and the UK. We're going in June and July. So, I'm wondering, does anyone have any good ideas about places to go, things to do, things to see, tours, good places to stay, eat, dance, drink, etc...
I've never been to Europe before, so I really don't have a clue what I'm doing.
So how about it? Any worldly travellers out there willing to share their knowledge??

Yahooooo! I was wondering if you were going to go... That's fabulous. I have not been to either place, but you might want to check out the swinging gate, she posted of her visted there and you may some good ideas.
How's about the job situation? Nothing new?
I travelled throughout the UK- whereabouts are you going there?
We have just about no idea where we're going yet. We know someone in Wales though, and a couple people in England, but other than that, we're clueless.
Violette, you might look at either the Lonely Planet or Rough Guide series of travel books. Great for ideas on what to see, how to get around and all kinds of info on places to stay and prices etc... I found my rough guide to Tanzania invaluable. You could get one and your sis could get the other. Actually I am taking mine with me again. TODAY! ciao...
