Meat Glue??



Interesting. Does anyone know how prevalent the use of this is in Canada? Like if I order a steak from a restaurant, or buy one in the grocery store, how likely is it that it's been meat-glued?

transglutaminase is a registered food additive with Health Canada. Maybe I shouldnt have had the beef dip? KIDDING. lol
